When will I get my license extension?
If the shop finds the right license that belongs to you, you will automatically receive an email within 2-3 minutes with the extension. If this is not possible, we will do this assignment manually. Orders are processed several times a day. Even with a manual renewal, you will receive an email as soon as this has happened. Then you can activate them in the license dialog with "Check status".
