The software no longer starts

If the software no longer starts, this usually has something to do with changed stationery. The software uses Windows graphics functions and if graphic files are transferred that are too large or the graphic format is correct - e.g. as DOC or PDF and not as JPG - the software may no longer start. If you have recently made changes to the stationery, you must rename the stationery file. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Press the Windows key and R at the same time

2. In the window, please enter the following and confirm: %APPDATA%\EasyInvoice\Stationery\

3. The Windows File Explorer opens.

Only JPG graphic files should be in this folder. The file size should not exceed 1 MB. Right-click the recently saved stationery file and choose Rename. Simply append a number to the name so that it is no longer loaded at startup. Alternatively, you can simply move the files all temporarily to another directory.

If the stationery is not the problem, it is advisable to simply reinstall the installation file. You can get these at:

The program sees the old data and does not delete anything. After the installation and the first start, all data is available again.
