Setting : Where is the sales tax stored

In order to change the sales tax in Easy Invoice, it must be adjusted in 2 places:

1.       1. The general setting of the standard headset in the "Settings" on the first page in the "General Settings"

2.       2. The item that is used has a stored tax rate.


If you add an item position to the invoice, you can enter an item number and the program will pull all existing data for this item and enter it in the item position. The individual tax rate of the item is also taken into account. The same happens if you click on "Select article" in the top left and mark and accept different articles with the mouse.

If you do not use an existing item after adding it, the software will use the setting you have stored in the settings (1) as the default tax rate.
