Properly reporting a problem to support
When reporting to support, please describe your problem as precisely as possible:⦁ What was the last thing you did in the software?
⦁ With which function - with which click does the error occur?
⦁ What exactly does the error look like? Do you get an error message?

Please click on "Details" in the window with the error message. A text window with further information appears. Please mark the first ~10 lines and email them to me. I can then localize the error very precisely and eliminate it.
