Properly reporting a problem to support

When reporting to support, please describe your problem as precisely as possible:

What was the last thing you did in the software?
With which function - with which click does the error occur?
What exactly does the error look like? Do you get an error message?

Please click on "Details" in the window with the error message. A text window with further information appears. Please mark the first ~10 lines and email them to me. I can then localize the error very precisely and eliminate it.



This helps us to be able to help you as precisely as possible and thus to eliminate the problem as quickly as possible.
