I lost my license
This is not a problem as long as we can match your personal information to that of a license. The license must either be uniquely assigned to your shop account or the registration data must match your data. The license is linked to your shop account if you have purchased the license via the online shop. This is not the case with a purchase via Amazon, eBay or Kaufland.Send us the data from the license registration that you used at the time and we will take care of sending you your license number (name, company, e-mail address - whatever you still know).
