EBay error message in an order
Ebay order data to check the error messageIf you have "Sales from eBay loaded in the overview" you can select a sale and right-click on it. With "Show order data" you will see the order in a tree structure as it came from eBay. In the window below, the data is displayed in text form as JSON. Please copy this long text completely out of the window into an email. I can then use this data to understand the error and help you further.
