Change stationery later

If you used the Stationery Designer to create a template and now want to change something in the existing template, you can do this again using the Stationery Designer. When you open it, the company data you last entered is still visible on the left-hand side. Make the changes there.

After the changes are done, enter a name under "Name of the setting". If you get the message that the setting already exists, you can also add a consecutive number to the current name. Click again on "Activate ready-made stationery in Easy Invoice" to activate the current template again.

The changes do not affect documents that have already been created - nor should they. Old receipts must be preserved as they were created. If you still have a receipt that needs to be given the new stationery later, you can call up the receipt under "Offers and receipts" and right-click and "Edit receipt" to call it up again with all the data. By saving again, the document is saved with the new stationery.
