You have the right to request information about the data stored about you at any time. There is a right to correction, deletion of inaccurate data or blocking. Your right must not be restricted by statutory rights, e.g. for the obligation to retain invoices.

5. For what purpose does the storage take place

We store personal data on our website in order to be able to provide our services. If you purchase items from us, we need your data in order to be able to issue you with a corresponding license and a legally required invoice.

You can contact us via contact forms and our ticket and chat system Livezilla. In order to be able to assign and process your request, we need personal data. The data is always transmitted in encrypted form. You are not obliged to provide your data. We try to solve your request - if possible - without this data.

Our websites record visitors in order to be able to provide us with statistics. We evaluate whether the number of visitors is growing and from which countries we are accessing our websites (see Google Analytics). The data is anonymized and is not assigned to your profile. We use this information in order to be able to improve our offer and thus the shopping experience of our customers.

Our license system requires your personal data in order to be able to assign the purchased license to a person. The license is assigned to a purchase. A license is always licensed by a specific person. When activating a software, enter your personal data. You do not have to enter your data if you object to this. In this case, it is not possible to allocate your license to your name if you lose it. Support cannot issue a replacement license without assignment.

Paypal, Sofortüberweisung and Amazon Payments are payment services on the Internet to be able to pay for purchases. We transmit our merchant ID to the respective payment service so that the payment can be assigned to us. You only enter your data for payment with the respective payment service. After the payment has been made, feedback is sent to our website about the success of the transaction. The data collected and stored by the payment service are not with us.
