Digital licenses
When paying, the licenses are usually sent automatically by email within a minute. This also applies to license extensions if the extension was initiated via the license dialog in the software. Only then does the shop automatically receive the correct license ID and can extend it. Purchases where the license ID has to be determined first or where something has to be reworked manually in the purchase process are processed several times a day.When you renew your license, your old license number remains valid. This license is extended during the term. You will receive an email as soon as the extension is completed. Then click on "Check status" in the license dialog in the software to update the validity of the license. Nothing will be sent by post.
